Where are you located?

We are a mobile vehicle detailing service. We come to you!

We can come to your home, your office, wherever you are comfortable.

Hero Detailing services the Raleigh-Durham area of North Carolina.

We also service Chapel Hill, Apex, Cary & Morrisville.

Will you confirm my appointment with me?

Yes. We will reach out via Email or Phone (we ask your contact preferences during booking) within 48 hours to confirm your appointment.

Please note: The timing listed for each package is an estimate. Appointment duration will vary and will be discussed with you upon our arrival once we are able to assess your vehicle!

How do I pay for my mobile detailing appointment?

We will collect payment on-site. We accept cash as well as payments via Square (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

Will I receive a receipt?

We provide digital receipts to either your email or via text. You will be able to select which you prefer when you pay for your service.

Didn’t get a receipt or need another copy? Email us at herodetailingnc@gmail.com and we will issue you your receipt.

What if it is supposed to rain during my appointment?

We will contact you if the weather forecast is not in our favor and we will reschedule you for a new appointment as soon as possible.

I have a problem area that I want to receive more of your focus, does that cost extra?

When we reach out to confirm your appointment, we will ask you if you have any problem areas or focus areas. When we arrive onsite to your wash - we will asses the car with your problem areas and/or focus areas in mind!

If an add-on (that will increase the cost of your service) is needed in order to satisfy your needs, we will discuss that with you prior to completing your scheduled service.

Do you need to hookup to my house water supply/hose outlet?

No! We bring all materials, including water, that are needed in order to provide your scheduled service.

I see photos on your website, will you take photos of my car?

Yes. We take photos of each mobile detailing appointment for our own records. To show the completion of the service and to share the progress that was made.

Your license plate will be removed during your appointment and it will not be included in any photos.
